About Alison

Hi there! I’m so glad you stopped by. I’m originally a California girl, but a few years ago, my family and I made the move to beautiful North Carolina—and we’ve never looked back! Life is full over here: I’m a proud mom to seven amazing kids (yes, seven!) ranging from 19 to 33 years old. They bring joy, chaos, and a whole lot of love into my life—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I homeschooled all of them and have graduated all seven, which means I’ve mastered patience, scheduling, and multitasking—skills that translate beautifully into real estate!

If you’re wondering about college loyalties, don’t ask me to choose—I’ve had kids at NC State (Go Wolfpack!), UNC Chapel Hill (Go Tar Heels!), UNC Greensboro (Go Spartans!), High Point University (Go Panthers!) and one who works at Duke (Go Blue Devils!). Around here, we cheer for everyone!

I recently remarried and am enjoying this exciting new chapter—especially since 2024 brought another big milestone: I became a grandmother for the first time! Life just keeps getting sweeter.

When I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, you’ll find me hiking North Carolina’s gorgeous trails, seeking out the best local eats, or curled up with a great movie. I’m also a loyal San Francisco Giants fan (sorry, Dodgers fans!), and I love a little friendly rivalry.
